How long is processing once I place an order?

Processing can take up to 5 business days before your order is sent for delivery. Handling and shipping may be up to 28 days if the order is a pre-order.

My package was lost/stolen— can you reship my order?

VSL is not liable for missing packages marked delivered. If you believe your order was mis-delivered, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier directly.

Please note: We have a 'no reshipment' policy. We're not currently set up for reshipment orders and require that a new order is placed with the returned funds once the claim is paid.

Why is my order delayed in transit?

If you received a shipping confirmation email, then your order has been dispatched and is currently with the carrier.

Carrier delays may occur due to global supply chain delays, customs, public holidays, limited cargo capacity and increased global package volume.

When will you restock?

We are working hard to do another restock soon. Please navigate to a product and click Join The Waitlist for the desired item to be one of the first notified when it is back in stock.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we currently do not ship internationally.
